Tindahlaupið is a challenging and scenic trail race held every year in Mosfellsbær, Iceland, just 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavík.
The race takes runners across mountains, valleys, lava landscapes, and rugged highland terrain surrounding the town.
The event offers four different routes, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced trail runners.
