Súlur Vertical

Súlur Vertical and 66°North present the Triple 2025.

The competition consists of three events:

• Cross-country skiing on January 25th
• Gravel cycling on June 8th
• Mountain running on August 2nd

Participants can register for individual events or all three. A 20% discount is offered for registering for all events at the same time.

Those who complete all three events within the year will be specially honored in Akureyri’s town center after the final race. Note: The 4 km cross-country skiing competition does not count toward the triathlon.

The Súlur Vertical association was founded in 2020 with the goal of promoting outdoor activities and exercise, organizing events, increasing and improving off-road trails and signage around Akureyri, and enhancing the popularity of trail running, mountain running, and other outdoor activities in nature.
